BOOKING POLICY
Spray tan services at Gold Spray Tan Bar are by appointment only, and are completed through the online booking site. Please ensure you receive a confirmation email for your appointment. To secure your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking, but it will not be charged unless the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. The full payment is due at your appointment, after the service is complete, via credit card, etransfer or cash.
A reminder will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, or a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged to the credit card on file.
All appointments within a 25 km radius from Gold Spray Tan Bar (Don Mills x Hwy 401) include the travel fee. All appointments outside of the 25 km radius are subject to a travel fee of $0.80 cents per kilometre.
Please note that if paid parking is required, (i.e. free parking on the driveway, street or visitor parking is not available), then you (the client) will be responsible for the parking fee.
* Prep and after-care information will be emailed to you. Please follow this information to maximize the longevity of your spray tan.
* MALES must wear bottoms (underwear or swim shorts), and a female MUST be present in the room during the appointment.
